Each set is 3D printed especially for you. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks processing time before your order is dispatched.

About 3D printing

Every piece is 3D printed to order, one layer at a time, so no two sets are exactly alike. Fine layer lines, small seams and slight differences in colour or finish are part of the handmade character of each set and aren't considered faults. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch and we'll put it right.

Care and safety

• For play only. Not suitable for food or drink.
• Adult supervision recommended, especially during water or sensory play.
• Rinse with lukewarm water and dry after use. Do not use hot water or the dishwasher.
• Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat, as this can cause the plastic to warp.

As each set is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected.
