Welcome to Little Layer Studio.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Little Layer Studio. Little Layer Studio operates this online store and website, including the information, content, features, products and services available through it.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and services to you.
These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you browse our website, purchase our products or otherwise use our services.
By visiting, interacting with or purchasing from Little Layer Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order, including your email address, billing information, shipping information and payment details.

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent our products, colours, sizes and designs.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and normal variations between materials or filament batches.
Because many of our products are handmade or produced using 3D printing, very small variations may occur between individual items.
These minor variations are part of the manufacturing process and do not necessarily indicate a fault.
Product descriptions, availability and pricing may be updated from time to time.
MADE-TO-ORDER AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Many Little Layer Studio products are made to order and personalised according to the options selected at checkout, including letter, colour and size.
Please check all selections carefully before placing your order.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Current processing times are shown on the relevant product page and in our Shipping Policy.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase from Little Layer Studio.
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and we accept the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
• a product is unavailable
• there is an obvious pricing or listing error
• payment cannot be processed
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of our website
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Because our products may enter production shortly after ordering, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or changes can be made once production has begun.
SECTION 4 – PERSONALISED ORDER DETAILS
You are responsible for checking the personalised details you submit with your order.
This includes your selected:
• letter
• colour
• size
• quantity
• delivery address
If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
SECTION 5 – PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine listing or technical errors.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout before you complete payment.
Payment must be successfully completed before we begin processing your order.
SECTION 6 – PROCESSING TIMES
Our products are made to order.
Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for your order to be produced before dispatch or pickup unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.
Processing time is separate from courier delivery time.
During particularly busy periods, processing times may occasionally be longer. Where possible, we will communicate significant delays.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently offer shipping within New Zealand in accordance with the options displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, rural delivery timeframes or circumstances outside our control.
If an order we have arranged for delivery is lost, damaged, significantly delayed or does not arrive as expected, please contact us so we can investigate and provide any remedy required under applicable New Zealand consumer law.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order.
Additional postage costs may apply if an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

SECTION 8 – LOCAL PICKUP
Where available, free local pickup may be selected during checkout.
Please do not arrive to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.
Our normal made-to-order processing time also applies to pickup orders.
Pickup details will be provided once your order is ready.
SECTION 9 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND FAULTY PRODUCTS
Because our personalised products are made specifically for each customer, we do not generally accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections once production has begun.
This does not affect any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law.
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement or refund.

SECTION 10 – PRODUCT SAFETY AND USE
Products should only be used for their intended purpose.
Please follow any care, installation or usage instructions supplied with your order.
Decorative products should be securely installed where appropriate.
Small items or components may present a choking hazard to young children. Adult supervision may be required depending on the product.
Little Layer Studio is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or use contrary to provided instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Little Layer Studio website, including our branding, photographs, graphics, product designs, text and other original content, belongs to Little Layer Studio or is used with permission.

Any purchase you make from Little Layer Studio is a transaction directly between you and Little Layer Studio.
Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for the manufacture or fulfilment of orders placed with Little Layer Studio.
