Refund policy

Each Little Layer Studio item is made to order and personalised to your selected letter, colour and size.

Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or ordering the wrong letter, colour or size once production has begun.

Please check your order carefully before completing checkout.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Your rights under New Zealand consumer law are not affected by this policy.

Change of mind

New Zealand businesses generally do not have to provide a refund or exchange simply because a customer changes their mind, unless the business has chosen to offer that as part of its own returns policy.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because orders may enter production shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once production has started.

Colour variations

Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and the natural variation between filament batches. Minor colour differences of this kind are not considered a fault.
