Made to order
All Little Layer Studio pieces are made especially for you. Please allow 1–2 weeks processing time before your order is dispatched or ready for pickup.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. We’ll send you an email once your order has been dispatched or is ready to collect.
New Zealand shipping
We ship throughout New Zealand.
- Standard NZ shipping: $10
- Free NZ shipping on orders over $110
Delivery time after dispatch will depend on your location and the courier network. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, any available tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Local pickup
Free local pickup is available from Kumeū, Auckland.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before coming to collect it. As our products are made to order, the same 1–2 week processing time applies to pickup orders.
Pickup details will be provided once your order is ready.

Before completing checkout, please double-check your:
- Letter
- Colour
- Size
- Shipping address
As our letters are personalised and made to order, production may begin shortly after your order is placed.
Incorrect addresses
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.
Additional postage costs may apply if an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Delivery issues
If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we’ll help you investigate it with the courier.
Little Layer Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks or circumstances outside our control, but we will always do our best to help resolve delivery issues.
